"Violence against women as its links to HIV/AIDS—and the role religious actors and communities can play in it—is a prominent component of our work. We have developed specific multi-religious initiatives in Latin America and the Caribbean and Africa to end violence against women and girls. We plan to replicate these projects in other continents and countries among members of our networks in Asia, Europe, and North America based on lessons learned. We can continue to make significant contributions to different approaches to address violence, including human trafficking and violence against women immigrants."--from
